Augerflo (Screw Conveyors)

A comprehensive range of AUGERFLO screw dischargers has been developed for discharging materials from silos, hoppers and bins. AUGERFLO screw dischargers have been designed for a specific range of materials mindful of the downstream process they are feeding.

Portasilo's AUGERFLO screw dischargers are of a rugged construction with heavy duty out-rigged bearings and drives selected to provide long and reliable service whatever the application.

To provide accurate control of discharge rate, either two speed or variable speed drives can be provided.

AUGERFLO screw dischargers are available in either mild steel or stainless steel and in single or multiple screw arrangements. Portasilo is able to offer a range of screw dischargers that produce true mass flow discharge, when used in conjunction with appropriate silo design.
