Portasilo has achieved ISO 14001 accreditation - the internationally recognised standard for reducing impact on the environment. This followed a rigorous independent assessment of the manufacturer's environmental policy, compliance with legislation, control systems and procedures, and targets for further improving environmental performance.

As a company we are also embracing OHSAS 18001, which is a Specification for Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Management System.

In addition, Portasilo subscribes to the Utilities Vendor Database (UVDB) operated by Achilles Information Limited.
