Rotoflo

The advanced, market-leading Rotoflo discharge system offers a unique combination of benefits that provide a versatile, efficient, smooth-running solution to the problems of discharging difficult materials from silos. The Rotoflo discharge valve delivers complete and controlled discharge of powders and granules - including very cohesive or fibrous powders - without incurring any of the complications associated with aeration or vibration. Active shut-off gates, which act as an isolation valve, allow full maintenance of the unit, even when the silo is full. There are five standard valve sizes in the range, capable of discharge rates from less than 1m³/hr to more than 160m³/hr.

The low-profile Rotoflo discharger is the perfect solution for height-restricted sites. It can be supplied with multiple outlets to feed different processes. Operating with a 40:1 turn down in feed rates, it ensures accurate and precise control over discharge to meet stringent process demands.

The Rotoframe discharger is a self-contained unit that can be easily retrofitted to existing silos. It is pneumatically operated and is controlled by a pressure-monitoring system that ensures reliable discharge of even the most difficult materials.

Osciflo

Our Osciflo dischargers offer a gentle, controlled and adjustable solution for discharging materials from silos and bins. They are designed to feed material through a series of oscillating square-section bars, allowing the discharge rate to be varied. The unit also acts as an effective shut-off gate when material is not being discharged. During operation, the square bars slowly rotate backwards and forwards, inducing movement in the material and allowing discharge to occur.

Augerflo (screw dischargers)

Available in single, twin or multiple screw formats, Portasilo Augerflo screw dischargers are designed to handle a wide range of materials and applications. These systems can achieve mass flow discharge of silos and bins when used in conjunction with the correct silo geometry. Augerflo dischargers can be manufactured in carbon steel or stainless steel.
