Osciflo

The OSCIFLO bin discharger consists of two or more heavy duty bars, which gently oscillate to promote flow of lumps, cohesive or fibrous products, over the whole outlet area.

The movement of the bars agitates the product and breaks up agglomerates, which can form in storage or conveying systems.

The oscillating bars can be driven electrically or hydraulically, and adjustment is available for speed and opening angle to enable the discharge rate to be adjusted.

Where fine control of feed rate is necessary, the OSCIFLO can be interfaced with screw, vibratory or belt feeders, and offers an exceptionally large outlet to prevent bridging and ensure mass flow, even when small feeders and low feed rates are required.

In the closed position, the discharger forms an effective valve for process control or maintenance isolation. Working parts are externally mounted and easily serviced.

Available in both square and rectangular format, in a range of sizes up to 3000mm square, the OSCIFLO discharger interfaces well with wedge outlet plane flow hoppers, offering reduced headroom in comparison with many other dischargers.
