Project Management & Control

Portasilo provide dedicated Project engineers for each individual contract. These engineers are supported by highly skilled specialists in Mechanical, I&C, Process, Structural and Civil engineering fields.

Project managers ensure the smooth interface between customer, engineering, manufacturing, quality and installation.

Each project is subject to a contract review. This is followed by a design and structural risk assessment. Design reviews are carried out at key points during the project design and upon completion a close out meeting takes place to review the project.

Where applicable we work to the CDM Regulations 1994.

Our aim is to provide our customers with products or systems that meet an agreed specification, program and price.
