Portasilo's manufacturing facility is ISO9001 accredited and comprises of 3 separate workshops spanning over 3000sq.m.
Stainless steel manufacture is carried out in a dedicated workshop to ensure the highest quality of finnish to suit the requirements of the food and pharmaceutical industries.
With High bay facilities Portasilo can manufacture shop built tanks and silos up to 5000mm diameter, subject to haulage.
All welders are qualified to EN287-1 and our in house machine shop and fitting bays enable complete control of manufacture.
Painting is carried out in house using the latest water borne paint systems.
Inspection is carried out at all stages of manufacture and prior to despatch. NDT testing is available upon request.
